<p>Here, I give you Easy tips for removing bing toolbar, try it and hope this tips can solve your problem on removing bing toolbar.</p>
<li>Open Internet Explorer ( IE 7 or IE 8 )</li>
<li>Click on down arrow at the right of the search box</li>
<li>Click Manage Search providers</li>
<li>Select a completely different provider, like Amazon and set it as default</li>
<li>Remove both Yahoo and Bing (select the provider and then click on the Remove button at the lower right for both)</li>
<li>Close the Manage Add-ons window</li>
<li>Click on the down arrow at the right of the search box again</li>
<li>Click Find more providers</li>
<li>Under Yahoo! Search Suggestions click on Add to Internet Explorer</li>
<li>Check off the box Make this my default search provider and click on Add</li>
