That is ACE, the genius Robot which was made in Germany. ACE stands for Autonomous City Explorer. ACE is made by some academics in Technical University of Munich.  That is one of the newest robot which has special ability in finding some location because this robot is not completed which GPS (Global Position System). And then, how this robot can find a place which it will go there?

For trial, the makers of this robot leave it in some university in German. And then, this robot must find a place in the middle of Munich city (about 1,5 km). This robot is completed with camera and software. This camera will detect people around it. This robot will go to the Munich city by asking people which it has found.

This robot will ask the people the way to go that place. If someone want to help, he will be asked to touch the screen and show the direction to some place. After that, this robot will never forget to say thanks to that people. That’s how ACE will find the place which it wanna go. Finally, ACE found that place in the midle of Munich city for 5 hours and has asked about 38 people on the road. The successfully of ACE in finding that place made the makers very happy. And I think, that’s very good job and congratulations to all of the makers.
