The company expects to know whether you can include multiple browsers on your operating system and choose new patterns soon after its launch.

Another issue is to launch an operating system without a browser, but many users do not like this idea but if they can choose between one or the other.

All this is a great challenge for Microsoft and the EU where there could be another fine if the company launches the OS only with Internet Explorer.

In other countries and continents to choose between different versions without the change that has existed in Europe and its great controversy among the software preinstalled.

To all this must wait until October 22 before the output of Windows 7.

Version RTM (Release To Manufacturing) of Windows 7 has a critical bug that could cause the delay of the new Microsoft operating system, scheduled for October 22.

There is a critical flaw in Windows 7 in the RTM version (for its acronym in English for Release To Manufacturing), prior to that available to end users, which could descabalar the timetable set by Microsoft for the launch of its new operating system .

According to InfoWorld, the error causes the Check Disk utility in Windows requires an excessive memory blocking system without actually performing the task. The problem affects both the 32 bit version to the 64, and is classified as a “Showstopper”, ie it can cause total blockade of the operating system (the classic blue screen) to exhaust the available memory.

The seriousness of the failure could lead to changes in plans with respect to Microsoft Windows 7, the operating system with which the company wants to recoup the limited success of Vista and expected to recover sales.

Microsoft has finally decided not to launch a special version of Windows 7 in Europe in the not to include any default browser, as announced last week to avoid sanctions over the European antitrust authorities.

“Windows 7 E”, as the version is popularly known, had been welcomed by the EU are optimistic but cautiously, waiting for a new content analysis method. However, that analysis is not necessary since the software ‘without browser’ will not see the light.

Users had also hosted optimistic that the special edition for Europe include a special window, a ‘ballot screen’ that allows to install the software to choose between Internet Explorer or another browser.

In fact there have been many requests to include the possibility that Microsoft not only in the programs distributed in Europe but also in other markets. But now everything is in hot air.

According to Microsoft, has made this decision “because the computer manufacturers have complained that Windows without a browser cause panic with many users.”

Definitely not Microsoft will launch Windows 7 “E”, a version of its next operating system without a browser for the European countries.

Microsoft announced last Friday not to launch Windows 7 “E”, a special edition for Europe, even though the authorities have not yet given the go-ahead with its plan of the operating system has a window, a ballot screen, allowing the user to choose whether you want Internet Explorer or another browser.

Initially, the software manufacturer had proposed to launch a Europe without Windows 7 browser, named Windows 7 “E”, while European authorities were quick to point out that this did not satisfy their concerns regarding the abuse of dominant position of accusing the company.

Last week Microsoft announced its’ ballot screen ‘, so well received by users who have asked not only appears in Windows 7 to reach Europe, but those around the world. The software maker said on Friday that it has decided to launch the same version of Windows 7 for Europe than for the rest of the world, available the next October 22, after the computer manufacturers complained that having to use a version Windows without a browser would create panic among many users.

In addition to please authorities, and rival manufacturers, the new plan is also a relief to European users of Windows Vista that the previous plan, they would have opted for an installation from scratch to move to Windows 7 and not a mere update , as is now the case.

Has been officially announced the completion of the development cycle of the new version of this operating system with the achievement of the RTM, which will now become partners and manufacturers to begin making machines were sold with it preinstalled from October 22. Microsoft and think about his successor, which was unaware of the technical data.

Guillem Alsina – For the first time after a few launches of various versions of Windows, the Redmond company will meet the deadlines announced this new version, for which he has put all the wood on the fire in hopes of covering the troubles caused by the icy reception in the market for Windows Vista, a product which is as usual at Microsoft, have tried new solutions, which in this case (and as happened with Windows Millennium Edition, ME) have not liked to the public.

While Vista was greeted with skepticism, Windows 7 is just the opposite has happened. Robustness and stability demonstrated by the system, its quick little machines with powerful hardware (including netbooks) in addition to polishing the problems users have encountered in their daily work with Vista, which made even some voices raise the plea that this would even be commercially launched in beta, something unusual in the history of operating systems developed by Microsoft. In short, we can consider that 7 is a system that has all the virtues of Windows XP but without updating the shortcomings of Vista.

Both through the blog of the Windows development team, and through a press release, Microsoft has officially announced the freezing of the development process of Windows 7 to go to the print version RTM (Release To Manufacture), which means that the system is now ready to enter production.

Monitor safety

From here, you will probably begin a string of leaks of the RTM version since it is designed for partners and manufacturers to prepare their computers in order to achieve their maximum performance with the new Microsoft system. The images of discs that have to be manipulated up by operators of these other companies, some of whom may be tempted to make copies for personal use or even to filter the Internet. It’s nothing exceptional has happened several times before and it is human nature, it is anticipated that can happen again very easily.

This can also become an excuse for hackers and virii published on the Web counterfeit copies of the RTM version (or modified betas and RC1) containing computer viruses and other pathogens in order to damage the computers of trusted users who want to test this new system. For these, we refer to the beta and RC1 versions that Microsoft released in its day and, if discharged directly from the servers provided by the Redmond company or, alternatively, a source of very high confidence, although it is more advisable first.

New line on the horizon

He finished the development of Windows 7. And now what? Microsoft always works simultaneously in two versions of Windows, which will launch in the near future and that will be the long-term future of the platform. In this case, and while working on Windows 7, there were also the first steps of his successor, call it by the time Windows 8 (obviously, this need not be the name finally chosen by Microsoft to launch commercially).

They have not transcended or news reports that showed that new functionality is going to make this next edition of Windows, and taking into account all the uproar caused by 7 has dominated the front pages of the media specialist for several months. For now, we can expect its commercial launch for 2011-2012, because Microsoft does not want you to repeat such a long period without new versions of Windows as it was with XP.

Along with the RTM of Windows 7 has also released the RTM of Windows Server 2008 R2, the server version of it.

If there was a news story in recent weeks that mobilized the Internet, was the possible emergence of Google Chrome OS operating system with its own browser in order to establish a new dispute with Microsoft and its Windows and classic.

A few days ago some pictures that were theoretically belonged to the new system that Google was developing. Over time these small steps ended up being overshadowed because it does not actually belong to Chrome and OS were a total fiasco.

Continuing the trend, returned yesterday to appear with images that show a little more clearly what is supposedly the new Google OS. Still no one came to the crossing to say that they are false, so for now it is new material about this future release.

As stated in Quiviger if these images will become real, I think Chrome OS is ugly enough to allow those who were eager to install it, the loss immediately. Anyway, we will have to wait for someone to officially tell the company if they are or are not real images.

I will say that if the future has arrived, and looks like, I get pretty scared.

Less clicks, more agile and windows technology “touch” are some of the innovations of Windows 7, the new operating system from Microsoft. Up on stage and before hundreds of people coreaban clapping, booing and “live Linux” as the show progressed, the director of Windows Iberia, Luis Martin, the public has demonstrated the new Windows 7 applications such as touch technology from which it was conceived the new version.

To better interact with the screen, this operating system has larger icons, faster implementation and a new generation of programs designed to be touched, like the Microsoft Surface by which you can turn the soil with your fingers.

According to Martin, “dynamism, personalization and ease” to work on the desktop are the main contributions of this operating system that exceeds the former, Windows Vista, which “ended the debate and security.”

Specifically, Martin emphasized the distinction between memory management and the opening of windows to be opened until 50, and a greater range of functions, as they are “shaking” the mouse and appear and disappear in an instant .

The compatibility between applications has been another target “core” of the new version, for the first time, includes a “virtual machine” with which you can run XP inside Windows 7 and work with programs that work only in the first systems.

“Thinking about the environment and the user, energy saving has been one of the distance from Vista to consume between 15 and 20% less respect to these and other operating systems, thanks to the advanced settings screen that allows For example, lower the brightness or adjust consumption to the rate of operation of a film.

The management of recurring problems with warning messages in the past Windows has been redesigned and organized around an activity center, a button to get into these options to filter the virus alerts that are represented by red color to yellow, depending on their dangerousness.

Windows 7, which will be launched next October 22, will have an update and a full version of the more simple (Home Premium), 4 and 13 per cent cheaper, respectively, than those of Vista, according recommended prices for the European Union (EU) that Microsoft released.

The sales prices of the new operating system completely from the 319 to 199.99 euros, while the prices of upgrades ranging from 119.99 euros to 299.

Dave Heiner, vice president and legal counsel for Microsoft, explained in a post published an article, as is the screen through which users can choose the browser you want to install on your PC

The screen will display once Windows 7 is installed on the user’s PC. Will deploy and then display a list of major browsers with a brief description.

As shown by the previous version include Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, Fifefox 3, Safari, Opera and Google Chrome, although other browsers may be added to the list.

“Technically, this screen to select the browser is a web page will be updated as new browsers become available,” said the executive.

Importantly, this interface is present only to customers who have installed by default Internet Explorer (IE) and want to migrate to another browser, and will not be available for those PCs whose default browser is Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or Opera other.

In this way, Windows users have a variety of options when it comes to navigation software is concerned, and may return to this page at any time to install the latest browsers or learn more about them, because the links available Display choice of browsers connect directly to the appropriate servers to begin downloading the browser in question, “said Heiner.

For all Windows

This page can be integrated into other versions of Windows if it accepts the European Union, such as XP and Vista, giving finally ended the dispute in this field remain the Competition Commission and Microsoft. So if, as happens with Windows 7 as long as you have Internet Explorer installed by default on your computer.

“As you can imagine, it was not easy to accept the idea of Microsoft software to promote competition within a flagship product like Windows, but we believe that this approach is beneficial for all stakeholders: PC manufacturers, developers, and most consumers they wanted to remove IE from Windows, “Heiner said in his post.

“The European Commission said that our proposals so that users can choose web browser, and the obligations that we are willing to take to promote interoperability, the Commission bienvenidas.Esperamos were accepted in full in order to resolve cases by law of competition. We will keep in close contact with the body, and we will implement our proposal as soon as possible once it is officially approved, “the executive in his post.

Microsoft has managed to block key OEM SLP Windows 7-he lost the manufacturer Lenovo, which we mentioned as being on the Internet for downloading and enabling to activate Windows 7 Ultimate 32 and 64 bits.

According to news reaching us, Microsoft has announced that its Windows Genuine Advantage with Lenovo technicians have managed to change the master key and activation Windows 7, is that it will come pre-installed on PCs from the manufacturer. Moreover, the key has been included on the blacklist, known as the Blacklist. This means that the system will alert the user that is not an original license.

It has also ensured that the key to the new Microsoft operating system will not be sold in any team for which Lenovo customers may be reassured and to keep a new serial. They have also stated that Windows 7 has a greater ability to detect hackers that activate the system illegally.

Thank God, they will be saying the chic @ s Lenovo and Microsoft, because what? Because the key was missing when filtering even a few months for the marketing of the new operating system.

Finally we bid farewell in this press release saying that some have dared to say that piracy of Microsoft Windows consents What do you think?
